In 2013, founders Adam Temple and Stephen Young purchased a used Chevy P30 truck from a bread delivery fleet in Lexington, KY. Working the streets and event circuit of Louisville. Day by day, month by month, customer by customer, the events were getting larger and the brand was growing. Finally, in April of 2018, a lease was signed for a brick and mortar space in heart of Museum Row.
